Our Oil Change Kit for BMW 2020-2024 S1000RR/M1000RR comes with the proper amount of oil with the correct grade. The Yamaha R1 requires 10W-40 weight with 3.97 Liters with a new Oil Filter. * Add an additional quart of oil so you make sure you are not low
